Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Undrinkable upon opening. Jammy, disjointed, flabby. Threw away my glass and recorked the bottle. 48 hours later, this had evolved into something more palatable. Still slightly too alcoholic for my tastes, but borderline good. Like the ugly duckling morphing, over time, into a passably attractive swan.
