Thursday, May 6, 2021 - Decanted for a couple of hours, and that really allowed the wine to express the orchard fruit, lemon rind (with that slight hint of tart/bitterness). The Pinot Blanc nose was really interesting and unusual, making me repeatedly coming back to this throughout the night.
