Wednesday, October 4, 2023 - 1 hour decant had with roasted turkey, stuffing, sweet potatos and peas (faux thanksgiving).

This bottle hit the spot. Crazy aromatics (evergreen?, menthol?), herbs, earth spice. Medium body balanced. Some complexity. Mixed fruit mainly red. Wife and I bith enjoyed this ( better than the 2017 nicolas jay WV pinot we had a few days ago). If found on sale I would buy again.
