Friday, July 17, 2015 - Thank goodness I waited a day to finish this wine. An afternoon margarita ruined my palate for the first glass.

VERY GOOD - couldn't develop a nose profile as we dined outside and the wind was uncooperative. Wonderful wine on the palate. Wonderful dark caramelized red fruit with hint of red cherry. The tannin was a beautiful balance of silky smooth and the right amount of chalk to give a long and very full mouthfeel.
