Sunday, December 10, 2023 - It may deserve a better score than this. I did not decant and it was a very tannic wine with higher levels of acidity. Even a frother in the glass did not open it up. But we could tell it was a well constructed wine. Went well with the short rib ragu. This wine needs at least a 2 hour decant
