Tuesday, November 21, 2017 - Barrel Tasting at Domaine Faiveley (Nuits Saint George): Barrel sample. Based on the explanation given during our tasting, I believe all Faiveley Ech will be labeled as "En Orveaux". Really intense aromas -- baking spice, red and black cherries. Great concentration and layering. Explosive in the mouth. Impressive. 93-95+ point potential.
