Monday, August 20, 2018 - Beef stock, Asian spice, truffle, a hint of animale, powerful mineralite on the nose.
On the palate tart cranberry fruit, saline, clay limestone mineralite. Structurally resolved with high acidity. A very pure, fresh and youthful wine.
