Friday, February 2, 2024 - Ever so pale golden color. No signs of premix whatsoever in fact very youthful and vibrant. Really opened up after an hour +... Celery seed, citrus and essential oils with the classic gun smoke reduction. Full bodied but with a beam of acidity. Beautiful wine overall.
