Thursday, October 21, 2021 - Jasper on Terroir: Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Folatières (67 Pall Mall TV): The fourth-largest holding, with most of their vines in the north.

Quite a bright yellow. Noticeable reduction and a real weight of fruit. Sherberty, a touch of game, lots of presence and authority. Saline and intense. Could be more charming, and didn't seem to justify the premium.
