Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Ready now. Truly exceptional Chablis -- unctuous but crisp at same time. Notes of 'yuzu', orange peel, balanced by oak but with no hint of 'butteriness" (such as a California Chardonnay would have for example). Great with cheese and white meat/fish in relatively hearty sauces.
