I love the electricity and the supreme focus here. It is chiseled and detailed without being sterile and continues to offer so much zippy pleasure. Squirt, lemon-lime juice and zest, sea salt, and a hunk of chalk, this sprinter matches an uber pure and clean contour with a peppy vigor that makes for a flawless execution of citrusy wowness. Excellent acidity. This is exactly my jam for Chablis. Gotta find more of this! As I often say, drink now for the dynamism, or hold with confidence for additional complexity. Pick your pleasure and you’ll win either way.
