Sunday, January 28, 2024 - Bottle taken from the list of a restaurant that alternates between the crazy and the downright bad.

Very spicy nose of black fruits

Mouth with notable extraction but the whole remains coherent. The juice expresses itself well, always with a dominance of spices and black fruits with a meaty touch. This wine calls for game! The touch is nice with a nice grain. Nice balance. Lightly roasted finish with a decent length.

Very good Village, even if it's not the style I prefer, it's still quite manly but very well done.
