Sunday, August 11, 2019 - We decanted the wine about 2 hours before dinner. The wine needed considerable air before it blossomed. Honeysuckle, mountain meadow flowers, hay and hints of flint and stone. it was very crisp and balanced. Very long on the palate. Just an excellent wine but it does require time in a decanter
