Thursday, February 29, 2024 - To be so young, this is a stunningly good CNDP. The youthful deep purple in color might give the impression that it will be too tight to deliver but very soon after opening, the wine offers up mushrooms, plum, blackberry, herbs Provence, cigar smoke and minerality. Full bodied, but balanced in every respect. A real delight to drink and glimpse into what it will become. Not very much sediment at all. 14.5% alc. With pan seared (beef) sirloin. 02.29.24. Recommended with a nod to Highly Recommended.
