Thursday, December 28, 2023 - This is way too young at this point. Spent five hours in the decanter, and bareley opened up. This has a minty note that very pleasantly cuts through the dark fruit, but the tannins are too coarse and intense at this point to enjoy easily (and if you do, do it with food).
