Monday, May 9, 2022 - Medium ruby. Medium plus intensity nose- barnyard, black cherry, sawdust, blackberry, black pepper, anise, caramel. Developing. Dry, high acid, medium plus tannin, high alcohol, medium plus body. Pronounced flavor- black cherry, licorice, leather, dill. Long finish. Very good. Drink now, potential for further aging.
