Tuesday, January 5, 2021 - Plan de Dieu maybe sounds a bit like a French curse, but it refers to a young Rhone-village AOC, established in 2005, halfway Chateauneuf and Rasteau. The wine has a bid more accent on ripe red fruit (strawberry/cherries/raspberries) on top of the usual Rhone suspects, including dark fruit, dark spices and autumn earth. So a very welcome and recommandable addition to the Rhone spectrum and worth every penny.’
