Wednesday, May 29, 2019 - Tasted at the winery. Bought a bottle and drank afterwards. Audozed for 4 hrs. Excellent CdP. Would cellar and drink every 3-5 yrs over the next two decades. Wonderful balance. Fruit, acidity, minerality, tannins, all in balance. An excellent example of CdP. Very classic. I wish this wine were more widely available in the U.S.
