Saturday, October 2, 2021 - Decanted for one hour. Nose of black raspberry, currant, cedar, black olive, baker’s chocolate and spice. Red and black fruit, chocolate, cedar and spice on the palate. Very long finish. Full bodied. Very good for the vintage. Served with filet Béarnaise.
