Wednesday, July 28, 2021 - Classical Leflaive w. popcorn reduction on the nose w. citrus and green lime zest and some butter. The razor sharp acidity pierces throught the buttery yellow citrus fruits and chalky minerality. Perhaps less balanced now than two years ago.
