Dry. Medium body. Medium+ acidity. Good balance. Good structure. Some complexity. Powerful.

Long finish with lemon and honey.

A clean and powerful Chablis. Benefits a lot from air and gets better when it warms up towards room temperature. Good with food (calamari and pasta funghi) and on its own. 90/100
