Community Tasting Note

Sunday, July 8, 2001 - Auswine offline (Trevi Restaurant, Sydney): Deep purple/red. Raw nose, especially after the Bests. Violently aggressive raspberries and strong charry oak. Very raw and unintegrated on the palate – but reasonably balanced none-the-less – I think this will turn into a nice wine, but it really needs some time to meld together. Large and powerful, but clearly not ready yet.
