Thursday, May 30, 2013 - Flavours of wild raspberry, plum wine, prune and dark chocolate. Emerging hint of white vinegar. Smooth and light-bodied, but still with intense flavour. Firm acid balances the intense fruit, but tannins are almost imperceptible. This is near the end of it's life.
