Sunday, March 31, 2024 - PnP, explosively fragrant aromas of dark wild berries like blueberry and cherry, whiffs of lavender, violets, fresh tobacco leaf and eucalyptus.
On the palate, so approachable, wonderful mouthfeel of freshness and balance, opulent texture but not overwhelming whatsoever, medium-bodied, fine-grained tannins, beautiful aromatic spices on the background that linger almost a minute, so elegant, so refined, cruising beautifully from start to finish. Drank over 2 hours, the first half an hour expresses world class quality that does justice its price tag. Surely this wine can develop further for the next few years or a decade but you won't disappoint to crack one to try today. Just great.
