Friday, September 30, 2022 - A private dinner (Restaurant De Lage Vuursche, Lage Vuursche, NL): A perfectly stored bottle. Bright and fresh, crisp red currants, tea and grippy tannins, cedary warmth from the wood, cool and minerally, incredibly youthful, healty and energetic, bright and pure, red berries, hints of honey and spice, dry finish with very good length.
