Friday, November 10, 2023 - Absolute, unanimous winner of the night. This is fancy anniversary dinner at a baller steakhouse wine. So, so, so good.

N: black pepper, flowers, black plum, meat juice (like when you rest a steak), baked cloves
T: cedar, cooked black plum, cloves, savory. Med+ tannin, med+ acid, super well integrated. Long savory finish.
