Friday, April 1, 2022 - Excellent Ridge Syrah with 7% Viognier which definitely added to the bouquet and flavor profile of the wine. 32 barrels produced. Smooth wine, well balanced, 15.1 ABV not overly noticeable. Long finish. Blackberry, plum , tobacco, white pepper.
