Sunday, March 17, 2024 - initially rather closed and strict. After an hour the wine comes out of its shell. Refined and complex smell of deep red fruits with some sous bois. Full and sweet / ripe flavours with a medium long finish with some remaining bite / tannin. Was perfect with a roast chicken. Not the greatest of wines but a perfect partner for a Sunday lunch with wine friends / family. Drink now if you have some in the cellar.
