Thursday, July 16, 2020 - Love this. A pretty pale gold color. Some granny apple, some white stone fruit, salinity, minerals, tiny hints of candied ginger on the finish. This is medium bodied. Nice intensity of fruit. As it opens it gains a bit of weight and tighter acidic cut and a lemon curd finish. Really having a hard time not drinking this whole bottle by myself, it’s so good!
