Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Deep red colour. Bouquet of dark black fruit and wood, slightly floral. Flavours of pepper, licorice, plum, blackberry. Full in the mouth with a fairly long finish. Still a bit hot so could sit in the cellar still but drinking well. Drinking this again after being open one day and it has opened nicely.
