Tuesday, April 7, 2020 - Beggar’s chicken dinner. Dark ruby color. Deep nose of black fruits and cardboard, opening up to liquorice and tobacco and spices. Dry, high acidity, medium tannins, pronounced taste of tart black fruit, chocolate, hint of pepper. Medium full body and finish. Very good balance Nothing too complex on the palate but a very good table wine.
