Monday, June 29, 2020 - Quite an interesting blend. Viura mixed Grenache blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. Floral notes and ripe melon aromas jump out straight away followed by some citrus and floral notes, then some posted almonds and a herbal savoury element I can’t quite pick out. On the palate it’s rich, oily, with loads of ripe fruit and plenty of acidity. Drinking well now, but will keep for 5+ years.
