Tuesday, November 5, 2019 - Aroma: cherry, black cherry, minerals and cured meat. Some menthol and herbs.
Palate: surprisingly rich and fruity for a Sangiovese. Good tannic structure with notes of herbs, minerals and roasted meat. Moderate acidity. Not bad but not a typical representation of Sangiovese.
