Sunday, March 4, 2018 - Mammoth dry riesling. 13.5% alc. Quite concentrated. Searing acidity, but has plenty of stuffing so that it doesn't come off as undrinkable. Playing in the lemon-stone fruit-garden herbs sand box at the moment. Crystalline and powerful at the same time. Lingering finish.
