The terroir high up the hill is reflected in the cool and minerally core of the wine, the oak is only just noticeable, the complex aromas of fruit (ranging from peach to black cherry), flowers (roses and violets) and Asian spices are very pure and expressive, the palate is fresh and flowing and elegant, the tannins are finely chiselled, and resonance and length are exceptional. Beautifully made and already shining. Star quality.
