Thursday, January 24, 2013 - First thought was a bit jammy and peppery. A touch dry in taste a mineral quality in the swallow and a bit of alcohol present. While I like all the flavors it seems a little lacking in terms of it's balance. Sarah likes it a lot 91, I'm more like 88.
