Sunday, March 3, 2024 - Stone fruit, mirabel plums, waxy lemon peel, touch of papaya on the nose. Superb creamy, tropical and ripe green fruit on the palate. Finishing rich, long and layered. Ripeness pushed, but not overdone, cut with pin point acidity. A somewhat odd, but delicious marvel. At drinking peak.
