Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Ruby red colour. Flowers, pomegranate and wild raspberries on the nose. Taste of red berries, spices and minerals. Good complexity with long and firm tannins and a long finish. Needs at least four more years in the cellar to really shine. Goes well with pork and veal.
