Saturday, November 24, 2018 - Pale straw color. Nose of green apple and white grape, hint of citrus. Similar flavors on the palate with a bright lemon and apple note. Medium+ acid, crisp mouthfeel but not completely bone dry. More of an off-dry finish which was perfect for what I was looking for to go with some homemade spicy ramen. Very nice wine but perhaps a bit simple.
