Monday, January 17, 2022 - Color/App: dark, nearly opaque ruby core -> deep ruby/fuchsia rim. Lovely bouquet of boysenberry, black cherry, spice and earth. Medium-bodied palate showing that Mourvedre earthiness, dark fruit, and a long, complex finish. Fine, ripe tannins are noticeable but fairly light. Very well made and drinking great right now. There aren't too many Cali Mourvedres at this level. 92-93.
