Thursday, November 19, 2020 - Wishing Elk Cove had made a few more vintages of these. It is a bit chewier that the typical Mt Richmond. Especially on day two when the nose has opened up this wine has a delightful complexity with all sorts of Willamette nuance...cedar and mushroom along with a more cassis-like berry finish.
