Friday, November 30, 2018 - Agree with WINIAC's recent note. In fact, in a blind tasting, I would have difficulty identifying this as a Dolcetto. I probably would guess it hails from somewhere in California's Central Valley (!). Nice body. Silky texture. But lacks structure. Too grapey for me. Second day unchanged.
