Tuesday, January 12, 2021 - Upon opening huge nose of black fruits, blueberries and violets.
Colour has moved from purple to a darker deep red over a few years
Decanted for a few hours.
Palate was well balanced with black fruit, earthy oak and tannins working well together. A hint of burnt leaves and aged leather.
Medium length and full bodied complimented rare steak.
