Tuesday, October 4, 2022 - Decanted 1.5 hr prior. Was still fairly closed. Opened up progressively from fairly tight and tannic to more fruit but with nice underbrush. I would say 3 hr decant prior to drinking is about right now. Needs 2 yrs+ more. Excellent potential. Biodynamic.
