Saturday, May 2, 2020 - Much more oak than expected on the nose and mid palate when first opened. More oak on the finish as the wine opened. I don’t recall any oak when tasting it at the winery 2 years ago. A day later, not as much oak on the nose or palate, but a wood-reminiscent abrupt finish.
