Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Chilled and a splash decant. Super fizzy, almost champagne-like. I was leaning towards marking this as flawed but it settled down after ten minutes. Fairly simple creamy nose with with a bit of citrus. Similar on the palate with a touch of white flowers. Definitely didn’t catch this in the best place and it didn’t stand up well to some 2018 samples that were on a different level.
