Wednesday, August 9, 2023 - PnP, consumed over 3 hrs. Aromas exploding from the glass, flavors in waves. Pomegranate, cherry, warm spice, orange peel, eucalyptus. Nice tannins. Drinking well now. I had this on the deck for a nice summer evening, but would be a great food wine.
