Tuesday, June 18, 2019 - On the Nose: apple, pear, lemon, lime, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla.
Taste: Green apples and Sicilian lemons, pear, lime, pineapple, kiwi, and vanilla flavours with a little butter and with
long and loads of super rich mineral on the finish.
Most enjoyable will have to get some more and may be visit the vinyard.
A good-value white wine.
May keep for 10 years.
Olivier Merlin hinted that if the classification is created this may become a premier cur.
