Tuesday, March 26, 2013 - A excellent wine that is very dark with a ruby color. Smells include a noticeable fine leather, chocolate, and black cherry notes. Bottle was decanted for about an hour and then enjoyed. The wine was tannic and requires some swirling, but it was well worth the work. An excellent example of the fine work that can be accomplished by professionals based in the Napa Valley. This wine still has legs and should be good for another 5+ years.
