Tuesday, November 8, 2016 - Nose: Earthy baked plum aromas, smoke, brett and sweet herb notes. Palate: Very nice black cherry accented with mint, tomato leaf, spice and some ash/smoke. Finish: Long with good acidity that keeps the darker flavors of plum lifted and balanced with loamy earth and herb.
